Merchandise purchased from the showroom floor may be returned within 2 business days of purchase.
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
All returned items must be in pristine, showroom condition.
For health and safety reasons, mattresses and foundations that have been removed from their original factory-sealed packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due upon the merchandise’s arrival at the store.
Because these items are customized specifically for you, special orders are final sale. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
